Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the App.

About the App

Hostpro Events is an internal event staffing platform. It allows:

• Administrators to create and manage events, review employee registrations, approve or reject applications, and manage the workforce.
• Employees to register their profile, browse available events, apply to participate as a worker, and receive updates on their application status.

The App is intended solely for use by registered employees and administrators of Hostpro Events. It is not a public marketplace and access is subject to administrator approval.

Account Registration & Approval

To use the App as an employee, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate information including your name, email address, phone number, and profile picture. You may register using your email and password, Google account, or Apple ID (iOS only).

Your account is subject to approval by the administrator. You will not have access to events or App features until your account has been approved. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any registration at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Employee Responsibilities

As an employee using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the App
• Apply only to events you genuinely intend to participate in
• Behave professionally in all communications and interactions facilitated through the App
• Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Notify the administrator promptly if you can no longer attend an event you have been approved for

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Harasses, abuses, or harms other users or administrators
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Involves reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the App
• Introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Event Participation

Applying to an event through the App does not guarantee participation. Final confirmation is at the discretion of the administrator. Once approved for an event, you are expected to fulfill your commitment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in account suspension.

All work arrangements, payment terms, and event-specific responsibilities are agreed upon directly between you and the administrator outside of the App. The App does not facilitate or process any payments.

No Payments or Purchases

The App does not facilitate any financial transactions, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. All payment matters related to employment are handled directly between the employee and Hostpro Events outside the App. We are not responsible for any payment disputes.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to the interface design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Hostpro Events and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose as described in these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness of the App for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hostpro Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any loss of data, missed event opportunities, or employment-related disputes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the administrator.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the state of Kerala, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
